Good afternoon Peter,
I just thought I would send this email to say thank you to you and your staff for your assistance in organising the refinancing of my home loan.
Again I have been impressed with the professional and friendly nature of your staff whenever I have to contact the office. I would particularly single out Michelle Currie for her help in answering my endless questions in relation to the process of this recent transaction and for keeping me informed every step of the way. She has always been extremely courteous in her dealings with me and I cannot say how much I truly appreciate that.
It is for this reason that I never have any hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Finance if someone is looking for assistance in organising finance for a mortgage. Its also the reason why, when I come to buy my next property I would come back to Pinnacle Finance to organise the next one.

Hello Joanne, Vivian and Caitlin,
I have finally found time to get a note back to you all in appreciation for what you were able to achieve in setting up my housing loan. After all our preparatory work, and then the work you had in finally having to change applications at the last minute. You were able to work through this and get the loan set up even though it seemed time was going to beat us.
I do thank you for all that extra work and the reassurance that you gave me along the way. After working through lots of other purchase possibilities within the previous 12 months, we did end up with the most perfect choice out of all that had been seen and missed out on - it was well worth the wait. You did pull it all off for us.
Once again lady's thank you very much for all you were able to do for us.

Hi Peter,
I just wanted to say thanks very much for the champagne you sent. It was a very lovely gesture and I will definitely be 'cracking it open' when I move in.
However, more importantly, thanks so very much for your hard work, and making the finance aspect of purchasing a property so easy and smooth. Thank you very much for helping me with my first mortgage. You’ve made a potential difficult and stressful situation into a simple, hassle free experience. Without a doubt your company has provided me with the best service from a professional firm I’ve ever had. Particularly impressive is the high level of service I’ve received once my loan has been approved. Most companies show little care once the “sales transaction” is finished.
