Hello Joanne, Vivian and Caitlin,
I have finally found time to get a note back to you all in appreciation for what you were able to achieve in setting up my housing loan. After all our preparatory work, and then the work you had in finally having to change applications at the last minute. You were able to work through this and get the loan set up even though it seemed time was going to beat us.
I do thank you for all that extra work and the reassurance that you gave me along the way. After working through lots of other purchase possibilities within the previous 12 months, we did end up with the most perfect choice out of all that had been seen and missed out on - it was well worth the wait. You did pull it all off for us.
Once again lady's thank you very much for all you were able to do for us.
