Good afternoon Peter,

I just thought I would send this email to say thank you to you and your staff for your assistance in organising the refinancing of my home loan.

Again I have been impressed with the professional and friendly nature of your staff whenever I have to contact the office.  I would particularly single out Michelle Currie for her help in answering my endless questions in relation to the process of this recent transaction and for keeping me informed every step of the way.  She has always been extremely courteous in her dealings with me and I cannot say how much I truly appreciate that.
